Personal Approach
I have 18 years of experience and have trained in different aspects of counselling and therapy during that time.
I am an integrative therapist. This means that I do not work from one theoretical model. I will work with you in the way that suits you.
I use a mix of talking and behavioural therapy. This means that I listen to you and help you to gain an understanding of your problem. We would then work together to come up with ideas that will help you to make changes. I may ask you to go and try things out between sessions to see if the ideas are working.
I work alongside people. I will give you time to to think and talk so that you can make sense of your own life.
